Although I haven't found anything yet to back me up, my hunch is that this house, like 2400 South Gramercy, was moved to the Kinney Heights Tract from a neighborhood to the east. City records indicate a build date of 1904, with an "effective build date" of 1910—which is when I suspect that the house may have been moved.
