Denmark is by no means a perfect nation, but we have learned from our past..

In the early 1800s we were down to ~3% forest left, today we are up to 14% and as the State buys up more and more land the goal is to reach at least 20% by 2030 and a goal of at least 30% by the end of the century..
( as/if agriculture moves into buildings we could hopefully see a much higher percentage in the future than 30% )


As for organic production we are the worlds #1 ( per % as well as per capita ) consumers and producer of organic foods..
In terms of agriculture more than 11% of the fields in Denmark are now organic and the number is growing rapidly as global demands rises..

So.. we are not perfect by any means, but we are headed in the right direction
