Public inquiry will be on as of May 26, for a month, mohamed reported to French-speaking SSC.

Again, we're no longer speaking of the original tower that was canceled. This is what's coming up to the same lot along the north ring boulevard instead.











These would be the latest renderings. Funny, the sleek glass parallelepipeds remind of the glass you see to an Apple store façade... We'll see if they're able to make the same to this much larger scale.
As for the actual height, it depends on sources.
Either:

PARIS | M2 (Saint-Gobain) | 165.5m / 543 ft | 39 floors (from pss-archi.eu)

or:

PARIS | M2 (Saint-Gobain) | 174m / 571 ft | 35 floors (from the Fr-speaking SSC subforum)

The height of that tower is really nothing much cheeky today, locally, in la Défense, and funding seems reliable this time, now that a large French corporation is directly involved. So I guess it will be going up sometime soon. Supposedly starting next year.
