Sweet flythrough. Google Earth Pro? Recognized the distinct shape of 158 Front in yellow... thinking of buying a unit there given the nice wide/shallow layouts. Will this be curtain wall? ~$600/psf there seems quite reasonable, relatively-speaking.

lol why. It's a non-starter given all the viewcones, and most of the new buildings would be taller than FCP. Sounds like the kind of arbitrary recommendation forumers make for other cities "nice 600' tower, but it should be 1200' tall" when the intent is to exaggerate its smallness.
