Hows the city doing population wise, just looked at the population trends and it looks like the city is still losing tons and tons of people. From 1990-2000 the city lost 10% of its population and since 1950 looks like its lost nearly 170,000 people. Maybe, like STL its gained some population back since 2000, I hope so.
