With the planned LRT extension and station at Metrocenter, hopefully this is just the beginning of new development in the area. However, the mall itself is a ghost-town and only has a few operational stores left open. Even all the escalators are turned off. Wondering what can be done for the mall itself at this point?
Also, I think this falls under Phoenix development, doesn't it? To heck with Glendale. They deserve no credit for this!
