Block 23 has been all cleaned up. Sure does look poised for development.
The other day, I was driving by J.W. Marriott going west on 2nd Street when I noticed I could see all the way down to Seaholm. It kind of hit me then that in the not-too-distant future one is going to be able to drive/walk/bike/whatever all the way from the convention center to Seaholm in one straight shot. That's huge!
