RE: Pat Gresham, I found her obituary. There was a picture of her too, but I cannot post pictures. She was born in 1930 and died in 2014.

Patsy R. "Gresham" Nuckols was a talented musician and innovator on the Hammond Organ with her distinctive boogie-woogie style. Pat was the featured organist at the Cotton Patch on Midway Drive and the Brown Derby restaurant on Vine Street in Hollywood. All of Hollywood movie greats came to listen this beautiful girl play. Pat was in the movie, Story on Page One and provided the music to the Del Mar Horse Shows. Pat attended San Dieguito High School '49 and received a Theater degree at Oceanside/ Carlsbad/Mira Costa JC. Pat was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Gresham; father, Marshall Gresham, and brother, Marshall Gresham "Bud," and her husband, Marine Major William "Bill" Nuckols. Pat is survived by two step-children, and four nieces and nephews.
