Ahh, That's reality folks. Sorry, but majority of Camden is poor, sad but true. New development is going to have to be shiny and attractive. It's going to cost money to have it built and its going to cost more money to own. There is not going to be a wall, so the additional green space and paths it creates is an opportunity for surround neighborhoods to access the waterfront.
