^^ MN/WI: True, but I was mainly speaking of office development.... which for the most part is happening in the 'burbs, not in the city! And speaking of employment, 4% is a great number.... unfortunately, the city of Minneapolis and St. Paul are much higher (probably in the 10% range)!
