@ Citylover94 - that's a darn quick build going on in Boston.
@ shakman - I managed an apartment building in PG county for a short time, and though not frequent, evictions did occur. The Sheriff officers who accompanied us into the eviction apartments didn't seem too concerned when the passers-by would rummage through the belongings.
