Nice. I've always liked the Alico building and would look for it whenever I drove past Waco on I-35.
Perhaps I'm confusing Waco with somewhere else (I was last actually IN the city 10 years ago), but isn't there a small district in downtown with a high concentration of restaurants, shops, et al? Somewhat similar to The Strand in Galveston. Could have changed by now.
