Fascinating structure said to be in Sherman Oaks. Depending upon source, ca., '25 or '27. Source suggests Ventura and/or Van Nuys Blvds. Can't recall having seen it before or a topic of discussion here. Notice ad for Cahuenga Park. I do not think it is the same as the Cahuenga Park that might have been Monkey Island-adjacent?
