Nice try, but no. I used to ride my bike past CSH from Oxnard, up Portola Rd and down into 1000 Oaks. All the original buildings were Mission style.
This one IS a head scratcher........way the h*** out in the middle of nowhere.......would appear to be some institutional facility......
Maybe a new and improved Rock Ridge?
