I don't think these two places are the same as this menu from Casa D'Amore shows it to be located at 1644 Cahuenga Blvd. and serving Pizza and Italian dishes, whereas
Noir_Noir's neon sign info shows The Headliner serving spare ribs, chicken, steak and French Dips.
