When was the Biltmore Hotel addition built
T2? I haven't been able to find a date.
The Biltmore Theater was pretty much enveloped by the massive hotel at that point. See the floor plan below.

As most everyone knows, the new Biltmore Tower was built on the former site of the Biltmore Theater.
