‘Orleans Station’ to bring residents, new retail to Medical District
Looks like another development for the Medical/Edge district.

A mixed-use development that will bring hundreds of new residents to the University of Tennessee Health Science Center campus and Medical District received a key approval from the State Building Commission’s executive committee on Monday, March 22.
Dubbed “Orleans Station,” the redevelopment will fill 10.2 acres with 372 apartments, 16,000 square feet of retail, and a plaza.
