The most substative - three homes on 38th Street in Lower Lawrenceville - is a retread/retooling of a project already announced. The most interesting thing beyond this is a small project in Calfornia-Kirkbride, which seeks to add a third-floor addition to
this building, increase the unit count by one, and - most interestingly - re-open the first floor as a retail space/coffee shop. California-Kirkbride is a very dead area commercially, and this would be a welcome addition if that is their true intention.
