I suspect two things are in play with that old house. Would the public really be interested and the price.
The CEO of Disney probably would spend the money on a new glitzy ride to make more money. Remember that Disney is firing hundreds of older expensive employees and replacing them with cheaper foreign workers. Its always the bottom line.
Did anyone ever see the Walt Disney personal office exhibit?
One of the best small exhibits ever seen at DL....imo.
There was a different office shown back in 1976.
