They was talk about starting the apartment tower last summer but nothing materialized. That's odd since there is such a residential building boom in the city. But since the St. James was going up at the time they probably thought their tower would lead to a glut of high-end apartments. Maybe they should make it a condo building since the St. James is an apartment building.
