Lots of low-mid rise stuff going on in the urban core, as well as some high rises. The sub here just seems to be dead lately.

Hopefully that will change soon, the biggest building U/C is the first high rise apartment building downtown, minus the Floodgate which is also U/C. That building is more of a niche luxury building though. Last I read, the rates are going to be something like $4/sqft. If these projects do well, hopefully that spurs taller projects. The condos at the Thompson hotel pre-sold really fast so things are looking promising.
