Interesting, the tour Bel Air is a great deco building and most deserving of a little polishing up.
I'm confused though, what is the crane for in the picture you posted? does that have anything to do with the Bel Air renovation? it looks like it is pretty much where that large night club is or used to be (name escapes me right now), is that gone?
