Truth be told, Dell could afford fly in a helicopter and land on the roof....but I agree with all the other points, haha. Round Rock is in its current state largely because of Dell (one could argue the same for Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Hutto, etc). I would imagine they would do everything they could to keep Dell right where it is - and its thousands and thousands of employees can still live nearby.
