I really don't mind the traffic when I'm going north into Austin because I'm able to take in the view longer, and it seems I never get tired of it, especially at the point where mopac's last pic was taken. It always impresses and amazes me especially since it virtually popped up so recently, relatively speaking. I also like that our new skyline is not like so many big cities comprised of mostly office towers. When you look at our skyline, you see buildings people live in or seek lodging in so you know the city is still alive after the end of the work day. I'm still hoping for a few more signature office towers though.

Do you think Round Rock would be pissed, if Michael Dell decided to build a tower downtown and consolidate his employees to one building? I almost feel like over the long run it would save the company money. Energy efficient building, less lawns to maintain and water, etc.
