There are a few proposals for 15-20 storey towers around Young Street in Halifax but construction hasn't started on those. Maybe there will some taller (~30+) buildings around there in the future.
King's Wharf is supposed to start soon. It's possible that in a couple of years the 2 tallest buildings in town will be in the South End and Dartmouth rather than downtown.
