t2 -but it looks more like a studio size. If it's the single, maybe it's where the apartment manager lived.

I'm curious about the gray sign center left that I believe says "
Riviera Wilshire".
Does that name ring a bell to anyone? I wonder if it was a hotel...or maybe the name of an apartment building?

I am also intrigued by this formal-like 'garden' area in the foreground. So what business (or residence) do you think this was in front of?
