Yes.. saw that.. that's nice, but it doesn't active the neighborhood. I'm looking at the massive grill covered parking lots on Delaware and Fairmont and wishing they could have the retail there. With all the new construction planned in this area, there will be a lot of new people, potential pedestrians, if there is something to walk to.
