Hard to believe that this pic is in the heart of the "Great Depression". Most people still appear to have dressed well. The streets are bustling. People are smiling. Of course no pandemic at this time. Maybe the Olympics gave people a bit more spring in their step. I wonder if hats will ever come back into style for both men & women? Now L.A.has the '28 Olympics coming up, so hopefully the pandemic will be in the rear view mirror & the economy booming again long before 2028.
