Sopas--- Interestingly, the less-desirable flats of Beverly Hills--the streets between Sunset and Santa Monica--have rear alleys from which the garbage is collected. Still you'd think that a couple as controlling of their environment as the Resnicks would pay whatever it cost to have their potato peelings removed from the service end of their house and not rely on municipal collection from the curb... or at least have designer wheelybins.
