One of my best friends lives in the Palm Springs North neighborhood which is directly east of this proposed mall and he doesn't want this at all.
The area is heavily populated & congested.
Traffic is already a nightmare in the area during rush hour and they can't even widen the main road either. There is no mass transit except for buses.
He is considering selling his home if this goes through.
