Oxford Place proposal or the
One Yonge proposal which include supertalls. The developers are just being cautious to ensure that there really is a market for their properties, indeed, some projects have been scaled back to some degree depending on how they sell. Most sell pretty good, so the developers slowly increase the size of proposals. It's frustrating for us to watch though.
