Allen Center Redevelopment: New renderings; a different design. Said to be moving forward still with an official announcement coming soon.









Post Oak Central: Back in 2011, a proposal was made to add retail components to POC. The project would also give POC a more pedestrian-friendly experience. New renderings have surfaced that suggest that this is once again an active proposal.
