Absolutely! This part of downtown needed love and with all the developments in the past four years, not only is it a breath of fresh air but it also feels like a mini-Manhattan. With Quad Windsor, they're at building #4 out of nine total. The office buildings
should be next but I wouldn't be surprised if they start with 600 Peel once they ask/are granted zoning changes. Those condo towers can be between 170-210 metres in height (guesses from different renders + overview at their sales office) but that area is zoned for 120 metres at the moment I believe. What scares me is the current city administration is pretty anti-development (even though a lot of projects have been announced, they still want to add foreign buyers taxes, etc..). So we'll see, but the market is piping hot in the city.
