Yes it would. I'd love for that rumored private tower that will go along with the courthouse to be office instead of residential. I think with all the new housing, people need a place to work downtown. The cycle should continue. The more offices here, the more residential buildings, the more of those, the more offices, etc. No height limitations on that site so a 70-story building with 12-foot office ceilings puts it at 840 ft, add a mechanical roof, and a spire and Austin gets its first 1,000 footer.
