BisNow says Houston's retail vacancy rate dropped to 6.3% (the lowest they've ever recorded). It suggests now's a good time to build stores. (And at CBRE's conference yesterday a lament was heard that downtown doesn't have a large grocery store yet). All in due time, I guess.
