I agree with you. We would say the same thing in the construction industry. I am just trying to be fair. There have been a number of buildings with sheeting and shoring taken place but were not allowed in the "U/C" sub-forum since work on the foundation had not commenced - which "technically" would be correct. Skyscraperpage's definition of "under construction" should apply to all structures; not some buildings this and some buildings that.
I am not trying to tarnish the Skyscraperpage forum. I am just trying to point out some inconsistencies which should be uniformally resolved.
