The Christiania is a French restaurant opened in 1959 by a chef (who loved to ski of course) who moved to Sun Valley, Idaho from France and it became one of Hemingway's favorite hangouts in Ketchum. He had his own table, which is still in the restaurant, and he ate his last meal there in July of 1961.
