The rendering looks like it shows only 5 floors - either the design is changing, or maybe there's a penthouse floor that is cut off from the angle of view.

Do you know which corner of Second and Western its planned for? I'm guessing its the larger grassy lot on the northwest corner and not the one directly next to Lake View Lofts?
Is Highpoint Flats fully open? I can't wait to see how much downtown Muskegon has changed since my last visit.
