The landing in the middle is the namesake St. Patrick's Island.
This design was chosen in a design competition that had 33 entries, 3 were shortlisted. The renderings above are preliminary, and there will be a more detailed design forthcoming. Construciton will tentatively start in spring 2011.

Construction began a couple months ago, and it will be completed by fall 2010.
