As far as Atlanta goes, we have three 20+ story buildings underway now, but there are a ton of proposals. Some people are getting a little antsy for more to break ground, like yesterday.  |
Everything under construction here right now is in the 5-7 story range
Definitely some good infill, but nothing you'd notice driving by on the interstate.
For whatever reason, this has been a quiet summer... hoping that changes soon.
Atlanta, Charlotte and Nashville are all killing it right now.
