GW for your reply. The facts speak for themselves. LA is now a paradisaical magnet for the itinerant.
The measures taken by State and local government will transform the inner city of Los Angeles into a snug and protected place for the down-and-out. Time will tell how this will change the appearance of LA. Is this a new tourist attraction?
