I'd love to see an 1,100' tower rise here. While I'm not expecting a landmark (but for the height), I hope that it has a tapered design with setbacks and a crown.
300k sf of retail is a lot. I anticipate a nice market like Whole Foods and a store like Target, to anchor it. This could be everyday retail for the masses, whereas HY will be very high end.
