Also, surprising they put the larger building on Warren as opposed to Madison. The added density would make sense there as Madison is becoming the Main Street of this part of the West Loop. Retail space here would do wonders as well, helping bring some of the action on Madison further west.

I don't think so - the old hotel is now a rehab-halfway house - pretty impressive. Would be nice to be so close to Union Park.
