Thrilling! I really love Russian architecture (and music). But I am left wondering if, in spite of good economic times in Russia, the Moscow mayor couldn't have found better uses for his money. What is the building, now that it's built, used for anyway (what with no Czar being left to live in it)? Museum? Art gallery?
