Thanks. I have a 22mm f2 on a crop for similar night situations, and I guess with the standard adapter I'm in about the same range with the L. For some reason it just looked like you were using a super zoom or something.
I was trying to get EXIF but there wasn't a link to your Flickr account. I don't have the ability to view EXIF on my work computer that I'm aware of.
