I can't make out that sigh either GW. Strangely enough, I see a sign middle left that says "I'm Victor Hugo". What's up with that?

Also notice that a street cleaner had just shot a U in the lower left. (but did they have street cleaners back then?)
I also like how the derby would fix nicely on the dome. I have a pretty vivid imagination.
