I'll two pieces my throw in...errr I'm dyslexic. This particular location on the far south of all other high rise and taller buildings might be perfect. It will allow for the top floor to be divided in half. The sunny south half for the residential pool, while the north half facing the skyline could have an observation deck with the mechanical stuff above it. It appears that the footprint is big enough for this. I will entertain the possibility. Why not? Am I being bad by continuing this thought?
