Maybe "infill" was not the correct term to use but I get his point. What he is saying is that while it is an impressive building at a decent height, it is lost and/or dwarfed in the overall skyline when compared against the size and girth of the loop. Which is very true. When I looked at the picture it took a couple seconds for me to find the building and then I was surprised how small it looks with the looming Loop to the east. In most other cities this would be a significant building. In Chicago it is a significant building for the West Loop.

Sometimes this group gets too caught up in the small stuff and can not see what the person is actually saying. That said I do appreciate the clarification as to what is and isn't "in-fill".
