In terms of tourism, certain kinds of tourists like to see things they can only see in that city they're visiting. The Calder family has a long connection with Philly. It might not draw locals as frequently as the PMA, but I could see visitors wanting to see a more one-of-a-kind museum. The Barnes has the same kind of appeal
