Actually, in addition to Cleveland, many other Midwest cities have recently been building high-rises over 300' tall as well.
Minneapolis
Milwaukee
Detroit
St. Louis
Des moines
In fact, Minneapolis actually has two towers over 500' tall currently U/C, and at ~680' tall, Detroit's U/C Hudson Tower will be the tallest tower built in the Midwest outside of Chicago in roughly 3 decades!
Anyway, it's very cool to hear that this long-delayed Cleveland project might finally be kicking-off for real!
